Indrajava is the seeds of Kutaja plants that have a bitter and astringent taste. It consists of amino acids like arginine and aspartic acid. The seed helps in lowering the blood glucose level and also reduces the symptoms associated with the disease.

Agnimantha (Clerodendrum phlomidis)

Agnimantha is a medicinal plant that consists of hypoglycemic properties. The herb is made of two terms, Agni and Mantha. While Agni means fire, mantha means churning. Due to its hypoglycemic property, the herb lowers and manages blood glucose levels.

Vijaysar (Pterocarpus marsupium)

Vijaysar has anti-glycemic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties that treat numerous ailments. The bark is useful in managing blood sugar levels. It also prevents damage to the pancreatic cells and increases the secretion of insulin.

Methi (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

Methi or Fenugreek comes from the family of soy. The methi dana or Fenugreek seeds help to decrease the blood sugar in Diabetics. As it holds high fiber, the herb promotes slowing digestion and regulating sugar absorption.

Amla (Phyllanthus emblica)
